Naomi Campbell to stage charity show at New York Fashion Week

Supermodel Naomi Campbell has revealed what a kind-hearted soul she is by planning to host a showcase of designer clothing at a charity fashion show at New York Fashion Week.
The event is set to raise money for victims of the January 12th earthquake in Haiti.
Celebrities will model various designer clothing creations at the event – to be held on February 12th – which will then be auctioned off to raise proceeds for the cause.
But Naomi will not be stopping there – she is also planning a similar event to take place at London Fashion Week later in the month.
What’s even better is that unlike the majority of fashion shows, the events will be open to the general public, allowing you guys to get a sneaky peek of the hottest trends in designer shoes, clothes and bags.
Fantastic!
And it seems that top clothing designers are only too pleased to help raise money for Haitii.
“Of all the American designers, nobody has said no,” said Naomi.
“They’re taking the time out of their schedules to be able to pick what they want to give and contribute. We are very, very grateful.”
But this is not the first time that Naomi has shown her sensitive side by organising an event to raise money for an extremely worthwhile cause – back in 2007 she hosted a charity fashion show to raise money for victims of the UK floods.
