The 17-year-old singer and Disney actress turned up to the 2010 People’s Choice Awards in Los Angeles in a strapless, royal blue dress, with her make-up heavier than normal but still tasteful and dark brown tresses. The frilly blue number made Demi look much more mature but she carries it in a very classy way. No trashy headline making moments here!
