For this past holiday season, ZeMis featured Amazon.com’s eco-friendly packaging for Fisher Price toys, electronic gadgets like Kindle wireless reading device, Logitech webcam pro and Motorola blue tooth headsets as well as office accessories like the Kingston Data Traveler flash memory card and Transcend flash drive. This green packaging is in conjunction with Amazon.com’s Frustration-Free Packaging campaign.

Noy Cruz, Marketing Consultant for ZeMis, explains, “We are offering Fisher Price toys in hassle-free packaging at a lower price than its regularly packaged equivalent to entice parents to introduce eco-consciousness among their children. Starting them early will hopefully curb the growth or their carbon footprints.”

ZeMis has an extensive line up of eco-chic designer accessories. Its entire Fall 2009/Winter 2010 accessories collection is handmade and primarily composed of indigenous, natural and eco-sustainable materials. Almost all of the products are Go Green Certified. ZeMis is donating a portion of the sales proceeds to the Go Green Philippines Foundation, the main goal of which is to achieve sustainability of the natural materials used in the products sold. ZeMis aims to showcase fashion forward handbags, costume jewelry and other designer accessories using eco-ethical standards. Last month, ZeMis launched its Thanksgiving Refer-a-Friend Sweepstakes where ZeMis designer accessories were given away. Early next year, ZeMis will aggressively market its designer accessories during the awards season. In mid-January, it will be participating in a charity gifting suite where it will donate eco-chic bangles from its Sweet Safari collection made from coconut shells, mahogany seeds and red onion skin, among others. These shall be auctioned off to the public by various celebrities, proceeds of which shall go to these celebrities’ choice of charity house. ZeMis will also give away fabulous and opulent neckpieces to Golden Globe nominees.
