Q: How can I be hot in winter without getting cold? I need some advice about matching colors please. Thanks.
A: Here are my three favorite color combinations for winter. Hot pink with winter white; magenta with black; and citrine with charcoal. Try rocking these colors in winter and you’ll be hot not cold!
Q: Are boots or flat shoes more in for winter time? Thanks, xoxo
A: Boots are the must-have in winter. Wear them with tights and a dress, or jeans and a sweater. Flats are good all year round, so take this opportunity to rock your boots.
Q: How many layers is too many layers?
A: Layering is the key to looking styled. The more elements you have, the more styled you look. You raise a good question because too many layers can look sloppy. Aim for three or four elements with each outfit to create your best look. Example: camisole, cardigan, belt and necklace.
Q: I am in my late forties and getting remarried. What’s a good color besides gold, silver or champagne to wear? Any suggestions on what to wear (don’t want to wear a gown or wedding dress)? I’ve been looking for a skirt-suit for under $500.00. I search…

Otherwise, if you want a non-traditional look, go with a color that makes you happy whether it’s red, purple or baby blue?
